Even though gifted with a sixth sense, a medical intern named Isabella chooses to ignore it because she wants to live a normal life. One day, after doing autopsy on the body of a mysterious woman, she begins to be haunted by the woman's ghost. Only her sister, Fransisca Inggrid, understands her situation at first but she then meets Radja and she falls in love with him, as he also understands and supports her. As the disturbances continue, she realises the mystery of the woman's death is slowly unravelling. Despite putting her life in danger, Isabella decides that she must help the restless ghost find peace by solving the death.
