Membership Terms & Conditions

This document contains the terms and conditions (Membership Terms and Conditions) governing your use of this Website (www.amerincineplex.com.my), mobile application (iOS and Android), your purchase of any movie tickets, goods or services from Pinnacles Screen Sdn. Bhd., (Co. Reg. No. 879462-V) (“Pinnacles Screen”) and participation in any contest organized by Pinnacles Screen on the Website.

You must read, agree with and accept all of the Membership Terms and Conditions contained herein, Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy, which include those terms and conditions expressly set out below and those incorporated by reference.


  1. Only persons 18 years old or above are entitled to join as a member.
  2. Member name must be the same as National Registration Identification Card or International Passport to be valid.
  3. Management reserves the right to terminate and cancel any fictitious person. It is the member's duty to declare true information.
  4. Membership is not restricted to Malaysians except if a person is declared bankrupt by the legal process, whether in Malaysia or other countries.
  5. The benefits provided to members are subject to management review and change at any time if necessary without any consent needed from members.
  6. Benefits are not permitted to be exchanged for cash.
  7. Any points collected when patronizing the Amerin Cineplex services and/or products are valid for 12 months and must be redeemed within that period. Earliest redemption points transacted, if not used, will automatically lapse and be deleted after 12 months.
  8. Any booking made is subject to payment clearance to be valid. If payment made is not valid or void, the tickets booked and/or points allocated will be cancelled without any notice to the member concerned.
  9. Movie tickets and food menu prices are subject to the management's absolute decision to revise at any time in the future. Similarly, the reward point system can be changed without prior notice.
