Rangkaspuna is a haunted village known for its horrific illegal abortion practices. The village is ruled by a paraji (village midwife) named Ni Itoh, who believes that by sacrificing the lives of babies, she can live longer. The bodies of babies used as sacrifices make the village a place full of mystery and fear. It is said that anyone who enters this village will not be able to leave unless they surrender their lives to Ni Itoh.
